CSU study abroad scholarships
For all CSU scholarships, students must submit a signed copy of the scholarship application, official university transcripts, letter of program acceptance or program description with program contact information, an essay of no more than 500 words, award letter of any other financial aid and up to two completed faculty recommendation form(s). Scholarship application deadline for spring 2008 programs is Nov. 15th, 2007. Scholarship application deadline for summer 2008, fall 2008, or yearlong 2008-2009 programs is March 10, 2008.
Elena Diaz-Verson Amos Foundation Scholarship
Program requirements: Study abroad or exchange in Latin America and the Caribbean
Student requirements: Full-time CSU students in good academic standing
Award amount: $250-$1,000, depending on the length of program, number of applicants and available funding
Mildred Miller Fort Foundation Scholarship
Program requirements: Study abroad or exchange anywhere in Europe, Australia or New Zealand
Student requirements: Full-time CSU students in good academic standing
Award amount: $250-$1,000, depending on the length of program, number of applicants and available funding
Nakai Fund for Asian Studies Scholarship
Program requirements: Study abroad for all locations in Asia, but not Australia or New Zealand
Student requirements: Full-time CSU students in good academic standing
Award amount: $250-$1,000, depending on the length of program, number of applicants and available funding
STARS Study Abroad Stipends
Program requirements: Any program
Student requirements: CSU students in good academic standing.
Award amount: $500
STARS Study Abroad Assistantships
Program requirements: Any program
Student requirements: CSU students in good academic standing.
Award amount: $250-$1,000
STARS Study Abroad Travel Awards
Program requirements: Any program with sufficient length for the student to participate in service activities abroad
Student requirements: CSU students in good academic standing.
Award amount: Reimbursement from $250-$1,000
Spencer Scholarship
Program requirements: CSU in Oxford Visiting Student Program
Student requirements: CSU in Oxford Visiting Student in good academic standing
Award amount: Up to $12,000
