Programs, offerings geared to help international students
The Center for International Education is proud to provide the following programs that cater to international students' needs:
One Cougar World Association
World at Reach Program
Host Family Program
The Host Family Program pairs international students with Columbus residents for an exchange of friendship and ideas at the beginning of each fall semester. This program does not involve a home stay but does encourage participants to get together at least once a month for dinner, holidays and other social activities. If you are interested in participating, please download the International Student Host Family application and submit it by e-mail to nyland_amy@colstate.edu . Please note: Students and families will be matched again during the fall 2007 semester.
Lending Closet
The Lending Closet is a program that provides a basic linen-towel survival packet for your first couple of days at Columbus State University. If you are interested in participating, please download the Lending Closet Program form and submit it by e-mail to nyland_amy@colstate.edu .
