Mildred Miller Fort Foundation Visiting Scholar in European Studies

Dr. Mario Kessler, Fall 2009 - Spring 2010

Dr. Kessler serves on the faculty at the University of Potsdam, Germany and as a research fellow for the Potsdam-based CEnter for Contemporary Historical Research.

Hosted by the Department of History and Geography, Kessler will teach the fall courses "The History of Europe since 1914" and "The History of Modern Anti-Semitism." During the spring, he will teach "The History of the Two Germanies, 1945-1990" and "Labor History since 1848." He will also make public speaking appearances during his appointment.
