Sara D. Spencer Event Hall

The Sara D. Spencer Event Hall located in the International House hosts numerous international events each year.  Recently upgraded and remodeled, the event hall is great for lectures, meetings, induction ceremonies, films and much more.
It may be reserved for events by CSU faculty, staff or student groups.

Cost of reserving the Sara D. Spencer Event Hall

$10.00 use fee charged to any group serving food

$10.00 per linen used for non-CSU sponsored events

$25-$50 cleanup fee for weekend events (non-CSU)
(This cost varies based on date/time of clean-up of your event and whether or not the contracted cleaning crew is already on campus for other events.)

How do I reserve the Sara D. Spencer Event Hall?

1.  Check the availability of the space:

to find out if the space is available for your event.

  • Send it via inter-campus mail or hand-deliver (do not fax)
